I became a fan after the Litzau fight where he destroyed a much better fighter in a much more impressive fashion than what Xander did. AB didn't jump on the ropes and say he the best prospect lol. Ortiz was sluggish and sloppy the first 2 rds but slowed down and settled in and fought beautifully the rest of the way until getting the stoppage. Great body work, combinations, cutting off the ring, very impressive. Obviously a limited opponent as well.

This game has been in development forever and it still looks like a PS3 era game with the graphics and movement. I'd rather just play Fight Night with an updated roster. EA fucking sucks for not making a new boxing game. One of the main reasons I even got a PS4 when it came out was to play the new gen boxing game but one never even come out. I don't even play those shitty ass UFC games.

Another highly entertaining Showtime card as usual. Vargas with a SD that should've been a UD. Brandon Figueroa won by TKO in the undercard and is next in line to fight Vargas, and that's a sensational fight on paper. But Vargas afterwards called for a fight against Santa Cruz. I think Figueroa beats both.

Yea man. Those dudes were bangin' in there. It wasn't some wild Gatti-Ward type of war but it just shows how hard and clean these guys were hitting. As mentioned on commentary, it was a shame that Jai quite literally couldn't speak and have interviews after his crowning career best moment. :lol: Idk shit about the division and what is or should be next for both but I'd love a rematch. I actually saw some folk score narrowly for Breidis, which I think is a bit crazy. But definitely worth a rematch.
